基于PLC的盾构机同步注浆系统的节电改进

摘    要:盾构机同步注浆系统的PLC控制系统,能够对注浆的压力和注浆量进行有效的控制,在此基础上,对注浆泵PLC控制和电气系统进行节电改进,利用注浆泵的4个工作状态作为控制信号,在停止工作状态下5 s之后实现同步注浆系统的液压泵自动停止功能,能有效提高盾构机同步注浆液压泵的使用寿命,节约电能,降低施工成本.

Abstract:PLC control system of shield machine synchronous grouting system can perform effective control on grouting pump pressure and grouting quantity. Based on this, improvement is made on the power saving of grouting pump PLC con- trol and electrical system, in which four working states of the grouting pump are used as a control signal, 5 seconds after working condition stops, to realize automatic stop of synchronous grouting system of hydraulic pump, which can effectively improve the service life of the shield machine synchronous grouting pump, save electricity, and reduce construction cost.
