摘    要:以小型车用J45涡轮增压器压气机叶轮为研究对象,采用五轴铣数控加工技术,研究复杂叶片型面的加工方法,完成对加工过程中的刀路轨迹等加工参数的规划,编制加工程序,加工出的叶轮实物表明所采用的加工方法简单高效,满足使用精度要求。进一步针对加工仿真及实物加工过程中出现的问题和难点,结合压气机叶轮几何设计,在满足气动性能要求前提下通过调整设计参数来改善加工质量,为考虑加工因素的压气机叶轮多学科优化策略提供了依据。

Abstract:The machining method of complex blade was researched with 5‐axis milling machining technology by taking J45 tur‐bocharger compressor impeller used in small vehicle as the research object .The planning of machining parameters such as cutter path was completed ,the machining procedure was compiled and the impeller machining was conducted .The machined impeller verified that the method was simple and easily realized and met the precision requirements .For the problems and difficulties in the milling process ,the geometry parameters of compressor were adjusted to improve the machining quality on the premise of better aerodynamic performance .Accordingly ,the method brought the reference for the multi‐disciplinary optimization strategy of compressor impeller .
