摘    要:为研究径流式二级增压系统的喘振及影响因素,建立了二级增压系统压气机性能试验台架。试验数据表明,高压级压气机的气体流动已经进入雷诺数自动模型化区,可以采用马赫数相似准则将高压级压气机的实际参数转化为标准状态的折合参数。由此,可根据高低两级压气机的折合流量特性图和实际的运行工况来判断引起二级增压系统喘振的压气机。

Abstract:To study radial two-stage turbocharging system's surge and its influencing factors,a performance test bench was set up.The test indicates that that the actual parameters of high-pressure stage can be transformed into equivalent parameters of standard condition according to the similarity criterion of Mach number because the gas flow in high-pressure(HP) stage compressor has entered the area of Re automatic model,and the actual parameters of HP stage compressor can be translated into corrected parameters under standard condition.Accordingly,the reason of leading to the two-stage turbocharging system's surge may be analyzed according to equivalent flow characteristic map and actual operating conditions of high-pressure and low-pressure stage compressor.
