| 摘 要： | 本文总结了60例中期妊娠水囊引产的人胎胰组织,用Ham′s F_(10)培养基,在37℃恒温箱经闭式培养法培养观察不同的胎龄,不同的培养天数,不同的细胞形态释放胰岛素及C肽的能力。结果表明:细胞培养最佳期为1～6天,圆形细胞比梭形细胞释放胰岛素、C肽能力强(p<0.01),不同胎龄的胰岛组织释放胰岛素、C肽的能力无差异(p>0.05)。

| Abstract: | Using the method for tissue culture in air enclosed in Hams F_(10) medium at 37℃, we did the culture of 60 fetal Pancreas obtained from intermediate pregnancy water sack induction, It was summarized that the morphological characteristics of the cells on the acpacity of releasing insulin and C-peptide were different, The results showed that the islet cells grew better du- ring the first 6 days of culture while the round cells released more insulin and Cpeptide than the fusiform cells did (p>0.001), No difference was noticed in the capacity of releasing insulin and C-peptide by the fetal pancreas tissue obtained at different period of pregnancy (P<0.05)., |
