摘    要:对筒体及其支撑的受力情况进行有限元分析计算,得出了在组对过程中筒体的壁厚、内径、支撑杆数和支撑误差等参数的变化对筒体变形、圆周误差及应力的变化规律,确立了诸多重要工程设计参数的选择原则,提高了组对过程中对结果预见的准确程度.

Abstract:The new tank body assembly system is the critical part in special tank car manufacturing field, Its structural design and mechanical properties have direct effect on the assembly quality of tank cylinder and tank head, and consequently the operational safety. This paper carries out numerous FEA calculations on tank cylinder and inner supports, revealing the rules that parameter variations, such as cylinder thickness, diameter, number of inner supports, support offset, contact length, may cause t cylinder deformation, stress and circumferential error during the tank assembly. The paper also sets up guidelines for selecting these important design parameters, aiming at optimizing the assembly operation.
