电涡流测功器自适应控制研究

摘    要:以电涡流测功器作为加载装置的机械式自动变速器实验台具有成本低,控制空易,测试方便 等优点,但同时也存在响应速度慢,模拟精度不高的缺点。为了提高电涡流测功器加载的动、静态性能,采用自适应控制来改变电涡流测功器的励磁电流,从而可以精确模拟实际工况加载。此方法应用在机械式自动变速器实验台上,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:As a loader of an Automated Mechanical Transmission testing bench, eddy current dynamometer has the advantages of low cost, ease of control and testing convenience. However, it has the disadvantages of slow response and low simulating accuracy. In order to improve its dynamic and static performance of loading, adaptive control is used to change its exciting current for achieving accurate simulation of the actual working load. This method obtains a satisfying result in its application to the automated mechanical transmission-testing bench.
