| Abstract: | With the gradual mature of the applied model of theories of the fund centralized management and budget management and others during the enterprise practices, the advantages of centralized financial management of group become more and more pronounced. The thesis introduces the main content of the financial centralized management of enterprise groups, points out the inevitable trend of realizing this management, analyses the advantages of it and perfects the operational mode of it and can be reference for the related industries. |
