摘    要:采用有限元法对某款125mL骑式车尾部改进前后的结构进行分析,得出改进后车架尾部应力集中位置由改进前的3个应力集中点减少为2个应力集中点,所承受的应力值在相同边界条件下均有大幅度下降,说明优化后的车架尾部强度较优化前有较大提高。

Abstract:An analysis was made on some 125 mL straddle type motorcycle end whose structure had been improved using the finite-element method.The analysis shows that the stress concentration points at the stress concentration position change from 3 to 2 after the improvement,while the stress value decreases greatly under the same marginal conditions,which indicates that the strength of the frame end increases much more than that before the improvement.
