摘    要:本文用摆动式传感器测定了两种膨胀土在不同含水量的剪切波速,并采用广义有效应力对试验结果作了分析和说明。

Abstract:In this paper, afterthe shear wave velocity of two e xpansive soils with varying water content are measured bybender elements, the t est data are analyzed and explained by the use of G.E.S.Theinternal relation be tween generalized effective stress(G.E.S.) and shear wave velocity aswell as t he max shear modulus is revealed. It is concluded that both the velocity and modulus are under the control of G.E.S..And with G.E.S. adopted, experimental equa tions forshear wave velocity and max shear modulus of sandy soils and normally consolidatedsaturated soils are still valid for unsaturated and structural soil s. It is alsopresented that shear wave velocity of unsaturated cohesive soils v aries with its watercontent or saturation degree considerably, so the change of velocity must be taken intoaccount when analysing the properties of soil skele ton. As shear wave velocity reflectsthe value of G.E.S., it can become a means for measuring G.E.S.,thus being of great helpto the study of G.E.S.theory in the future.
