| Abstract: | Highway construction management is directly related to the project quality. It is very necessary to strengthen management control in the construction. Combined with the characteristics of the highway construction management, the author analyzes the factors that affect the management quality of highway projects and putts forward specific countermeasures, which has some guidance to similar projects. |
