| 摘 要： | 公路工程可研阶段的规模确定对后期设计阶段、施工阶段的造价均有重要的控制作用。合理分专业分阶段对工程规模进行有效控制,可减少后期设计及施工阶段工程造价与投资估算偏离过大的现象,避免调估、调概情况的发生。

| Abstract: | The scale of highway engineering confirmed in the phase of feasibility study has an important con trol function to the engineering cost in the later stages of design and construction. Meanwhile, the deviation of cost lalerstage design and engineering in construction from investment estimation can be decreased by effective control of engineering scale through reasonable speciality and stage division. It can control project scale effective ly lo aw）id adjusting estimate and budget. |
