| Abstract: | Road is one of the most important infrastructures in impoverished mountain area. But poor eco nomic base and instable origin of road construction funds restrict the development of road in such area and make it the bottleneck of the development of the rural economy. It is crucial to reasonably use and arrange the funds for the purpose of finishing the construction with high quality in the case of limited funding. |
