| 摘 要： | “形势与政策”课程自设置20年以来一直没有统编的教材，严重影响了形势与政策教育教学的实效性。为此，笔者试图揭示教材缺失的原因，并借用现代网络信息技术为平台，构建一个动态教材体系。

| Abstract: | Since the course Situation and Policies had been set up for 20 years and without the materials of total edit,which has seriously affected the situation of education policy and the effectiveness of teaching.Therefore,the author attempts to reveal the reasons for the missing materials,and uses modern information technology network as a platform,to build a dynamic teaching system. |
