| 摘 要： | 地铁区间隧道的施工会对邻近建筑物的安全产生不同程度的危害。结合不同的工程实例，介绍隔断法、注浆加固法、桩基托换法等保护方法在地铁区间隧道穿越建筑物基础时的应用及施工技术措施，并总结其适用条件，希望对类似工程的设计和施工提供一定的借鉴作用。
