Abstract:In view of the insufficient ability of existing technology to perceive ship dynamics in deep sea areas,the paper studies the possibility of SAR-based ship dynamic sensing technology for such areas for the purpose of monitoring ship dynamic,and conducts a preliminary study on the application scenarios.It indicates that the technology can be used for the traffic situation analysis in the vast deep sea,the positioning of ships in distress and emergency command,voluntary routine air cruise by the maritime administration.It is an important part of the technical system of the integrated water transportation guarantee system of China MSA integrating land,sea,space,and air,providing technical support for promoting the maritime service and guarantee to reach the far-reaching sea.
