克山病病区和低硒非病区居民发铜、锌、锰、铁含量的对比研究

摘    要:用原子吸收光谱法对比测定了克山病病区(陕西彬县和云南牟定)、非病区(陕西礼泉)和低硒非病区(四川南部)健康人发铜、锌、锰、铁含量。发现:①与非病区相比,两病区儿童和成人发铜,两病区儿童和彬县成人发锰和发锌无差异;但牟定成人发锌低,而发锰高;②与低硒非病区相比,彬县成人发铜低,儿童发锌高;牟定儿童发铜高,成人发锌低;两病区成人发锰高;③病区儿童和成人发铁不仅高于礼泉,也高于南部,提示病区低硒人体铁水平与克山病发病的关系值得进一步探讨。

Abstract:Hair Cu, Zn, Mn and Fe contents were measured by the atomic absorption spectrophotornetric method in residents from Keshan disease (Moudin in Yunnan and Binxian in Shaanxi) in comparison with the non-endemic or selenium-deficient non-endemic area (Liquan in Shaanxi or Nanbu in Sichuan). The results showed: (1) Hair Cu contents of children and adults in both the endemic areas, hair Zn and Mn contents of children in both the endemic areas and of adult in Binxian were comparable with those in the non-endemic area; but the hair Zn content was lower and the hair Mn content was higher of adults in Moudin as compared with the non-endemic area. (2) In comparison with the selenium-deficient non-endemic area, the hair Cu content of adults was lower and the hair Zn level of children was higher in Binxian, the hair Cu level of children was higher and the hair Zn content of adults was lower in Moudin , and the hair Mn levels of adults were higher in both the endemic areas. (3) Hair Fe levels of children and adults were higher in both endemic areas than not only in Liquan but also in Nanbu, indicating that the relation of Fe levels in selenium-deficient residents from the endemic areas to the occurrence of the disease merits further attention.
