葡萄糖胰岛素治疗尿毒症病人机理的初步探讨

本文观察慢性肾功衰竭12例,其中男性10例,女性2例,包括慢性肾炎氮质血症期3例,尿毒症期6例,梗阻性肾病致慢性肾盂肾炎尿毒症1例,损伤性慢性肾盂肾炎尿毒症1例、干燥综合症并发远曲肾小管酸中毒致尿毒症1例。上述12例均行葡萄糖胰岛素治疗,并在治疗前后做血清中分子测定(葡聚糖凝胶柱层析法)结果发现,氮质血症及尿毒症患者血中均有中分子物质蓄积,葡萄糖胰岛素治疗后该物质明显下降,说明外来胰岛素的应用,改善糖代谢,继之减少中分子物质的产生,是该疗法的治疗机理。

PRILIMINARY DISCUSSION ON THE MECHANISM OF TREATING UREMIA WITH INSULINE GLUCOSE MIXTURE

This paper reported 12 cases of chronicrenal failure,with 10 cases of male and 2cases of femals,including 3 of azotemia,6of uremia from chronic glomerulo-nephriis,1 of uremia from obstructive nephropathy-induced chronic pyelonephrits,1 of uremiafrom damage-induced chronic pyelonephrits,1 of sjogren Syndrome with uremia and dis-tal renal tubular acidosis.After giving theintravcnons drip of insulin-glucose mixturethe clinical signs had been improved.Themiddle molecule materials which accumula-ted in the blood of urimia and azotemicpatient,were decreased after treatment de-terined by gelchromotography.This mechanism of there therepy maybe the decreased of the middle moleculematerials of the blood due to the improve-ment of cabohydrate metabolism by the in-sulin-supplement.
