摘    要:磨损是摩擦学研究中的重要领域之一.然而,现行的磨损研究方法普遍采用大量的模拟试验来进行经验性的探索.而且,在磨损量计算中只考虑压力的影响.在考虑压力对磨损影响的同时,加入了温度影响因素,利用仿真技术对磨损量进行计算机模拟,提出了线接触零件磨损的数值仿真通用模型.对后续线接触零件磨损仿真的研究具有很大的指导意义.

Abstract:Wear is an important field in the studies of tribology, however, a mass of simulation tests are adopted generally by actual wear-study method to explore experientially. And force is only considered in calculating friction quantity. The influence of temperature field and force is studied by simulation technique, the friction quantity is calculated simulated and the model of the numerical simulation about linear contact parts is brought, which can deliver a instruction to the numerical simulation about linear contact parts later.
