苏通长江大桥限位阻尼器的设计和测试

摘    要:首先介绍了苏通长江大桥使用的特大阻尼器的设计、研究和生产制造过程,接着详细介绍了该特大阻尼器的静压测试、满冲程测试、慢速压力测试、限位装置测试、频率反应测试和抗风疫劳测试等8项测试。分析和试验都证明了苏通大桥的主桥减振限位阻尼器设计理念先进、测试和鉴定严格,阻尼器在未来的大桥性能顸估中表现完好。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design, research and manufacture of especial damper of Sutong Yangtze river firstly, then introduces the static pressure test, full stroke test, low speed pressure test, limited displacement device test, frequency test and anti-wind fatigue test of the limited displacement damper. The limited displacement damper of Sutong bridge is originated in the world, the testing and analyzing prove that the design idea is advanced. The damper will have excellent behavior in the bridge structaral performance evaluation with the strict testing and identification, it show the highest level in the world.
