| 摘 要： | 重视并合理地进行安全投资，是提高道路运输企业安全生产水平和经济效益的重要手段。论文结合道路运输企业实际情况，在总结安全投资的定义的基础上指出：安全投资具有间接性、隐蔽性和浅在性等特点，提出了安全投资决策的基本流程，最后建立了安全资金总投入与安全资金优化分配的数学模型。实例验证表明模型是正确和可行的。

| Abstract: | Paying attention to and reasonably arranging safety investment are very crucial for improving the transportation enterprises＇ safety level and economic benefits. Based on the real conditions of the transportation enterprises, the definition and characteristics of safety investment were analyzed, and the basic flow of investment decision-making was proposed. Then, two mathematic models of safety capital input and safety capital optimal allocation were established respectively. An example was given, and the result shows that the models were correct and feasible. |
