在分析旅客票价和运营速度对客流量的影响的时候,用均衡配流原理对最主要的三种运输方式穴铁路、公路、航空雪进行分析。考虑客运企业希望效益最大化与旅客希望出行费用最低,引进双层规划模型来进行分析,客运企业与旅客这对矛盾体相互作用的结果是存在一个平衡点,同时满足双层规划模型中的上下层目标,这个平衡点就是双层规划问题的最优解。这样就为制定合理的票价策略和最优列车速度方案提供了一种定量分析的方法。

Study of the Railway Passenger-ticket Pricing and Velocity Benefit Under the Condition of Market Economy

Through the introduction of the impact on passenger runoff by both the price of ticket and running speed, discussion is made on the proportion runoff arrangement principle applied in the three main transport ways (train, bus and plane). Considered the transport industries in the hope of maximum benefit and passengers of minimum price, a new two-double strategy former is introduced to discuss about the contradicting relationships between the industries and passengers. This former provides a quantitative analysis on a rational approach to satisfy the contradiction.
