降低直喷式柴油机燃烧噪声的试验研究

摘    要:分析研究表明,气缸内平均压力升高率偏大是导致CA6110型柴油机燃烧噪声大的主要原因,从降低气缸内压力升高率这一角度出发,对CA6110型柴油机采取推迟供油提前角,提高压缩比和改进燃烧室结构等3项措施,并依据整机性能试验结果分析了改进效果。

Abstract:Analysis of model CA6110 Diesel engine shows that too great average pressure rising rate in the engine cylinder is the main cause of large combustion noise. For the purpose of lowering the rate of pressure rising rate,three measures have been adopted for the engine,i. e. delaying advance angle of fuel injection,increasing compression ratio and modifying configuration of combustion chamber. Then the effect of modification is analysed according to the result of engine per formance test.
