摘 要: | 为了对柴油机SCR系统喷射区和催化转化区进行优化,采用AVL Fire软件对某型号柴油机SCR系统进行了三维建模。分别对比了尿素喷嘴喷孔数、催化器结构型式及转向型催化器内扩散器的几何参数对SCR系统转化效率的影响。研究表明,最佳尿素喷孔数为4~6个,当使用转向型催化器并且扩散器处开孔区域角度在180°~270°之间时能达到最佳的优化效果。

Optimization of Structural Parameters for Vehicle Urea-SCR System |

Abstract: | In order to optimize the injection and catalytic conversion area of SCR system,3D simulation of SCR system for a diesel engine was conducted with AVL Fire software and the influences of nozzle hole number,catalyst structure and geometry parameters of diffuser for steering-type catalyst on conversion efficiency were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the optimal nozzle hole number was 4-6.The SCR system using steering-type catalytic converter with 180°-270° angle at the drilling area of diffuser could achieve the best optimization effects. |
