基于Simulink的柴油引燃式天然气发动机控制模型开发

摘    要:为了提高柴油引燃式天然气发动机在中小负荷的热效率,采用具备电子节气门的电子控制系统,利用Simulink软件开发了针对该系统的具有电子节气门控制功能的发动机控制模型,通过自动代码生成工具生成嵌入式代码,并下载至发动机控制器进行试验。试验结果表明,该节气门控制算法具有较好的控制效果,发动机控制算法能够有效控制发动机中小负荷的混合气空燃比,明显提高热效率。

Development of Control Model for Diesel Ignited NG Engine Based on Simulink
Abstract:In order to improve the thermal efficiency of diesel ignited natural gas engine at medium and low load,an electronic control system equipped with electronic throttle valve was introduced.The engine control model with electronic throttle valve control function for the system was developed with Simulink software.Then embedded code was generated with code generation tool and was downloaded to the controller for test use.The results show that the control algorithm of throttle valve is effective. The engine control algorithm can control the air-fuel ratio of mixture effectively at medium and low load so that the engine ther-mal efficiency improves obviously.
