盘式制动片预成型工艺特点与设备

Process Features and Equipments of the Pre-formation of Brake Discs

Abstract]The prefOrmation is to mould materials mixed unifOrmly with dry method or semi--dry method onnormal temperature.The preformation is the crucial link in the manufacturing Of brake discs.ln terms Of the con1-pounding fOrmula and the tareet performance,determines raional production process and technical process paranle-ters,synthesizes quality,efficiency,co8t, production scale and produc t grade,etc, selects sui table equ ipment. It is th e wayto gain optimal economic benefit.In this paper process factors innuencing product quality and production efficiencyare discussed on the basis of features of prefOrmation of brake discs,and some pressure moulding equipments whicl1can meet requirement of process and can improve product quality and production efficiency are introduced.
