摘    要:结合一种典型ABS电磁阀的结构,建立了电磁阀电磁特性和机械特征的计算模型,开发了仿真计算软件。在计算机实时硬件闭环系统上检测电磁阀的电流特性,得到吸合触动时间和吸合运动时间,实验结果部分验证了所建模型和开发的仿真软件对于计算电磁阀响应时间的正确性。讨论了影响电磁阀特性的因素,建立了主工作气隙长度、磁路截面积、线圈及吸收电阻、线圈匝数、回位弹簧度等结构因素与电磁动作时间的关系。

Abstract:Based on the structure of a typical ABS solenoid valve, the calculation models of the electromagnetic characteristic and mechanical characteristic are created, and the simulation calculation software is developed. The current characteristic of the solenoid valve is in real time detected on the computer hardware closed-loop system, and the coilenergized time and the valve action time are obtained. The correctness of created model and developed simulation software on calculating the response time of the solenoid valve is partially verified by the experiment result. The factors influencing the characteristic of the solenoid valves are discussed, and the relationship between the solenoid valve action time and struclure factors such as the lengths of main work air gap, section area of magnetic path coil and absorption resistance, coil turn and return spring stiffness is established.
