| 摘 要： | 视频监控技术被广泛用于港口运作及口岸监管,然而由于码头业主的不同规划和口岸监管部门对监控的不同要求,造成重复建设和资源浪费的情况突出.在分析当前主流视频监控方案的基础上,以嘉兴港为例,研究口岸视频监控的现状及特点,提出了港口视频监控整合规划方案.
