国产地铁车辆钩缓装置可靠性研究

深圳地铁采用的国产地铁车辆钩缓装置在国内地铁车辆上已成功运用10多年,积累了大量运用数据,以此为基础进行的地铁车辆钩缓装置可靠性、可用性、可维护性和安全性(RAMS)评价,可作为检修和今后的安全运用方面的参考,也可作为系列化钩缓装置的RAMS评价的基础。

Reliability Study on Locally Made Coupler of Metro Vehicles

Shenzhen metro have been successfully using the locally made coupler and hook buffer for domestic metro vehicles for over 10 years, having accumulated huge amount of data. The reliability, availability, maintainability and safety（RAMS） evaluation on coupler and hook buffer for metro vehicles is conducted, providing a reference for future maintenance and safety operation, and a basis for RAMS evaluation of serialized coupler and hook buffer devices.
