| 摘 要： | 介绍在郑州地铁1号线施工中使用的电动轨行车的设计,包括车架、轮对、电机、传动、换挡机构、制动系统以及控制电器的设计计算和选用。在地铁施工中安装支架,如果在该车辆上安装操作平台,可进行打眼及接触网调整作业,还可运送1.5 t以下的接触网导线以及进行现场检查等。

| Abstract: | The paper describes the design of motored track car for metro construction of Zhengzhou metro line 1, including design and calculations and selection of carframe, wheel-set, motor, transmission, gearshift, brake system and control apparatus. When mounting bracket is in use in the metro construction, if a platform is installed on the track car, drill and overhead contact wire adjustment operations can be carried out, as well as transport of less than 1.5t contact wire drums as well as on-site inspection. |
