| 摘 要： | 对６名健康受试者进行了不同时间（０：００，３：００，６：００，１２：００，２１：００）单剂量口服利菌沙片（５００ｍｇ／次）后的药物动力学研究。数据由ＰＫＢＰＮ１．程序自动拟合利菌沙的体内处置过程，并计算出药物动力学参数。经对Ｃｍａｘ，Ｔｍａｘ，ＡＵＣ进行方差分析，结果表明利菌沙片的临床效果基本不受时间影响。

| Abstract: | The pharmacokinetics of Lijunsha tablets which were taken by six healthy men at different times(0:00,3:00,6:00,12:00,21 :00),was studied,The data were treated by computer based on PKBP-N1 procedure to imitate the disposition of the drug in the bodies. The pharmacokinetics parameters were calculated.Then Cmax,Tmax and AUC were statistioally analysed.The results showed that the clinical effect of Lijunsha was almost not influenced by the drug-taking time |
