摘    要:围绕研究变工况机械密封端面的热力学特性以及密封能力这一目标,进行船舶尾轴可控式机械密封模拟试验台架的设计,包括对密封试验台、介质加压装置、密封环端面温度测试系统、摩擦转矩测试系统、泄漏量测试系统和弹簧比压测试系统等装置的研制.并通过模拟试验,得到在不同工况下,转速、弹簧比压、介质压力对机械密封的端面温度、泄漏量、摩擦转矩的影响规律.
