象山隧道挡水墙爆破拆除

摘    要:象山隧道的混凝土挡水墙和抗剪斜墙与隧道衬砌连成整体,厚度分别为7 m和5 m。为了拆除挡水墙和抗剪斜墙并保证衬砌安全,采用了预留保护层、预钻减震孔、非爆开挖超前导洞、严格控制单段爆破用药量、合理设计爆破参数等技术措施,成功拆除了挡水墙和抗剪斜墙,取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:The thicknesses of the concrete water-stopping wall and anti-shearing wall of Xiangshan tunnel are 7 m and 5 m respectively. Countermeasures, including reserving protection layer, drilling vibration-reducing hole, non-blasting pi- lot heading, strict control of the charging quantity of each interval and rational blasting parameter design, are taken in order to demolish the water-stopping wall and the anti-shearing wall and to ensure the safety of the lining. In the end, good result has been achieved.
