薄壁及小半径钢管弯曲成型方法探讨

摘    要:小半径钢管弯曲成型加工时,常规的工艺和设备一直存在弯曲成型变形大、产品起皱、不能达到产品自身外观要求等质量缺陷,通过将普通导模改为反变形导模,在轮模右侧增加后导模,在钢管弯曲成型时增加内芯棒,并将内芯棒设计成导向球珠等方法,来减小和消除弯曲成型过程中产品的变形量,解决内侧起皱、外侧收缩变形问题,从而达到弯曲成型质量的有效提升。特别是对某款大排量摩托车φ36×1不锈钢管弯曲成型件进行改进后,产品质量改善效果明显,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The regular technology and equipment for the bending formation of small-radius pipe have the disadvantages of large deformation, wrinkling, and bad appearance etc.. This paper introduces a solution for these problems -.i.e. to replace common modeling with anti-deformation modeling, add rear model on the right side of the gear train model, and instal guide ball etc.. These methods have been proved to be effective in the processing of bending part ( φ36×1 ) for large displacement motorcycle.
