摘    要:对CRH5型动车组轴温报警系统传感器和轴温报警主机这两个主要环节进行了详细分析.传感器的电气连接接触不良,防护性能差是导致传感器上传数据不稳定的主要因素,进而导致轴温报警系统误报热轴.在列车的运行的恶劣环境中,传感器必然由于这样或那样的原因上传错误的信号,此时轴温报警主机的判断逻辑就需要具有纠错功能,否则同样会引起误报现象.通过对传感器和轴温报警主机控制逻辑的改进,应该可以大幅降低当前运行的CRH5型动车组轴温报警系统误报热轴的故障.

Abstract:This article analyzed the temperature sensors and the hosts of the HADS in the CRH5 EMU. The poor electric connection and the poor protection can is the reason why the temperature sensors upload wrong in- formation, and make the HADS sent wrong alarms. In the awful environment, the temperature sensor would sent wrong signals by kinds of reasons, and in this conditions, the software of the host of HADS should have the abil- ity to distinguish the wrong signal and the right signal, or this will also cause fault alarms. By improving the temperature sensors and the software of the host can greatly reduce the fault alarms.
