基于ESS法的重载货车焊缝疲劳仿真

摘    要:为验证ESS方法的有效性,以装甲钢T型焊接接头为对象,进行了仿真计算与疲劳试验,结果表明,ESS方法计算精度较高,试验与计算误差为18.8%.基于ESS法及静态应力恢复原理,对重载浴盆货车车体关键焊缝进行了疲劳仿真分析,获得了ESS分布规律及仿真结果,其中枕梁上盖板与中梁焊缝计算里程约为2 886万公里,有较高的安全裕度.

Abstract:To verify the validity of ESS method, fatigue test and simulation of armored steel T-welded joints are conducted. The simulation and fatigue test results show that the method has high accuracy method with a test and calculation error of 18.8 %. Based on the ESS and static stress recovery principles, the critical weld fatigue life of heavy tub wagon body is analysed. The simulation results of the ESS distribution show that the fatigue life is about 2 886 million km at the welds of the cover plate on the body bolster joints centre sill, which has a higher margin of safety.
