东海大桥2000t预制箱梁滑移运输工艺研究

摘    要:上海深水港工程东海大桥70m预制箱梁,单片梁重约2000t,采用滑移方式经横移、纵移将箱梁移运出海。箱梁滑移采用MGB高分子聚合材料与镜面不锈钢板结合面作为滑移面。介绍箱梁滑移运输方法和相应的技术措施。

Abstract:The Donghai bridge in Shanghai deep water harbor engineering, the 2000t precast box girder for superstructure adopted slip transportation method. The attrition surface of MGB high molecule polymerization material and stainless steel board with mirror surface are adopted. In this paper, authors introduce slippage method and measures for the box beam transportation.
