摘    要:影响带传动效率的因素为弹性滑动损耗、弯曲损耗、空气阻尼损耗等多种损耗,其中弹性滑动损耗和弯曲损耗为主要损耗.通过对带传动的弹性滑动和弯曲进行力学分析和计算,在理论上推导了带传动效率的近似的计算公式,经过Matlab仿真,并和实验数据进行对比,证明了公式的正确性,为摩擦传动设计提供了一定的理论参考.

Abstract:There are many factors that impact the efficiency of belt drive transmission,including elastic sliding,bending and air damping,etc.But the main factors are elastic sliding and bending.Based on the force analysis and calculation of belt drive transmission,the approximate formula for belt transmission is concluded.Through simulating the concluded formula and comparing to the experiment curve,the correctness of the formula is proved.It can provide a theoretical reference for belt design.
