集中式客运计划编制系统的研究与实现

摘    要:在分析全路客运计划编制业务特点和现存问题的基础上,论述建立集中式客运计划编制系统的意义和设计原则,研究并设计了采用集中式编制的新思路,详细阐述了系统的架构和功能设计,实现客车运行图的无缝式接入、调度命令的三级贯通、客车开行计划的超前编制以及次日班计划的自动落成,最终实现客车的全程追踪以及全生命周期管理,解决现阶段数据共享程度低、业务协同水平低的问题。

Abstract:Basedon the analysis of the characteristics of the railway passenger transport planning and the existing problems, this article discussed the significance and design principles of establishing a centralized passenger transport planning system, studied and designed a new idea of centralized compilation, elaborated on the structure and function design of the system. It implemented seamless access of railway passenger car operation chart, three-level connection of dispatching command, advanced preparation of passenger car operation plan and automatic completion of next day shift plan. Finally, it realized the whole process tracing and whole life cycle management of passenger car, and solved the problems of low data sharing and low level of business collaboration at present.
