摘    要:对互联网推荐系统模式进行分析,结合餐饮、酒店、旅游、定制服务等铁路客运延伸服务的应用场景,研究推荐系统在铁路客运延伸服务中的应用。通过对旅客浏览购买服务产品的行为记录进行数据分析,构建一套针对延伸服务的智能搜索与个性化推荐系统,实现服务产品的精准推送,不仅能够有效提高用户体验,提升铁路的服务质量,同时能够扩大客运营收,使铁路利润率达到最大化,提高行业竞争力,促进铁路客运服务和资产经营的转型升级。应用结果表明:智能推荐系统在铁路客运延伸服务中具有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the Internet recommendation system model, combined with the application scenarios of railway passenger transportation extension services such as restaurants, hotels, tourism, and studied the application of recommendation system in railway passenger extension service. Through data analysis of passengers browsing and purchasing behavior records of service products, the paper constructed an intelligent search and personalized recommendation system for extended services to implement the precise push of service products. It can not only effectively improve user experience, improve the quality of railway service, but also expand passenger revenue, maximize railway profit rate, improve industry competitiveness and promote. The transformation and upgrading of passenger service and asset management in the railway. The application results show that the intelligent recommendation system has good application prospects in railway passenger extension service.
