| Abstract: | This article is divided into 3 parts for publication. Part 1 mainly introduces the technical standards system and the international standards, foreign advanced standards and their systems, China standards system and the management system. Part 2 will focus on market access, including general introduction of market access, foreign system on market access, the China market access system. Part 3 will introduce and review the standards system of China railways, the market access, the gap between China railway and the advanced foreign railway level. |
