HXD1型机车渡板碰撞问题研究

摘    要:针对HXD1型机车在大秦线上运行时渡板碰撞问题进行研究.对于机车在曲线上的危险工况,采用叠加法分析了重联机车过小半径曲线时的状态,分析了渡板发生大的相对横向位移的原因.根据分析结果归纳出影响渡板碰撞的4点主要因素,并且采用"渡板碰撞特征曲线"来分析渡板的碰撞.最后针对这4点影响因素提出了渡板改造方案,实际运行证明,改造后渡板碰撞概率大为降低.

Abstract:This paper studies the problem of cross apron collision of HXD1 locomotive running on Daqin railways. The risk status of double-heading locomotive passing sharp radius curve has been analyzed by superposed method. The reason of large transverse displacement of cross apron is also analyzed.
