摘    要:为了实现地面对盾构施工的实时监控,同时又能摆脱第三方组态软件的各种局限,尝试采用OPC技术规范来实现PLC与地面监控PC机的通信,设计开发一套基于OPC的盾构地面数据采集和监视系统,并在工程实践中得到了检验。

Abstract:In order to achieve real time monitoring of shield boring in the above ground office and to avoid the various limitations of the third party configuration software, the authors try to realize the communications between PLC and above ground monitoring PC based on OPC standard. An OPC based data acquisition and visualization system for shield machines has been developed and has been verified through engineering practice.
