摘    要:对新钢种14MnNbq中存在的夹杂物及其对焊接接头的性能影响进行了分析研究。结果表明:14MnNbq钢中存在大量的硫化物(MnS,FeS)等非金属夹杂物,这些非金属夹杂物数量较多,分布极不均匀,导致了焊接接头低温冲击韧性值离散性大,数值偏低。

Abstract:The effect of the non metallic inclusion in 14MnNbq steel on the mechanical properties of welded joints is discussed and analyzed. The result shows that there are a lot of sulfide inclusions (MnS, FeS) in 14MnNbq steel. These non metallic inclusions badly dispersed in the steel are harmful to the mechanical properties of the welded joint. Their existence will decrease the impact value of the welded joint at low temperature, and increase the discreteness of the measured data.WT5HZ]
