| 摘 要： | 分析了我国汽车工业的一些关键技术,如车身焊装线的设计、制造,由于依赖引进,它已成为制约汽车工业发展的“瓶颈”。在为国外设计的多条焊装线的实践中,总结了车身焊装总体设计时要注重考虑的7种因素,即生产能力、经济性、自动化程度、焊接工艺性、质量检测体系、整车装配性及安全保证体系等。

| Abstract: | Some crucial technics of automotive industry in this country has been analyzed and it is discovered that they have become a "bottle neck" restraining the development of the automotive industry,such as the design and manufacturing of car body welding lines which depend upon transference from other countries. From the practice of several welding lines designed for other countries,seven factors are summarized to be emphatically considered in general layout of the car body welding lines, they are: Production capacity, Economy, Degree of automation, Welding technology, Quality control system, Assembling facilities and Safety guarantee system. |
