新生期注射辣椒素对成年大鼠脊髓背根及背表面电位的影响

摘    要:新生期给大鼠注射辣椒素(50mg/kg),于成年时,电刺激腓肠神经诱发的A-DRP和CDP-p_1波,其幅度、时程、潜伏期以及波面积积分值等参数,与对照组相比,均无显著差异。而C-DRP和CDP-p_2波大都缺如。这与外周神经复合动作电位的变化一致。结果提示:Ⅳ类传入纤维机能的长期丧失,对粗纤维传入诱发脊髓的初级传入末梢上PAD似无明显影响, 而对细纤维传入效应有取消作用。

Abstract:No significant difference in peak amplitude, duration, latency and wave integral between A-DRP and CDP-P_1 was electrophysiologically observed in control and capsaicin-treated adult rats which had been injected at birth with capsaicin(50mg/kg,s.c.), when the sural nerves were stimulated. However, the most of C-DRP and CDP-P_2 lack. These were consistent with the changs of peripheral action potentials. The above results suggest that PAD on myelinated primary afferent fibres produced by incoming volleys in the larger afferent is not affected by a lifelong loss of Group Ⅳ afferent, but the afferent responses of amall fibres disapear.
