软岩大变形隧道二次衬砌混凝土回填量控制研究

摘    要:结合兰渝铁路同寨隧道软岩大变形段施工实例,通过对典型段初期支护变形规律的研究,进而对初期支护断面进行优化设计,将初期支护断面预留变形量从拱顶到拱脚、由大到小渐变设置,使二次衬砌混凝土厚度既可满足设计要求,又不会由于初期支护预留变形量过大及实际变形不均匀而造成较大的二次衬砌混凝土回填量,从而达到降低施工投入的目的。

Abstract:The design of the primary support of the large deformation soft rock section of Tongzhai tunnel on Lanzhou Chongqing railway is optimized on basis of studies on the deformation rules of the primary support in typical sections. Due to the optimization of the design, the concrete backfilling amount has been brought under effective control and the construction cost has been reduced. 
