北京地下直径线大断面暗挖隧道衬砌施工技术

摘    要:为解决复杂边界条件下大断面暗挖隧道衬砌施工方法选择的问题,针对北京站-北京西站地下直径线洞桩法隧道段和CRD法隧道段的衬砌具体项目,从施工效率、经济性和沉降变形控制等方面进行研究。主要得出以下结论: 1)组合钢模和模板台车2种施工方法各有其适用性和局限性,应根据开挖方法、断面尺寸和作业环境等合理选用; 2)对2种施工方法在安全质量控制措施上进行了相关补充完善,可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:Different lining methods are studied in terms of lining efficiency, economy and settlement and deformation control, so as to select proper lining methods for the PBA section and CRD section of the underground tunnel connecting Beijing Railway Station and Beijing West Railway station. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) Both composite steel formwork lining method and formwork trolley lining method have their own applicability and limitations and should be rationally selected according to the excavation methods, cross section dimensions and environment of the tunnel. 2) The mentioned two lining methods are optimized in terms of safety and quality control. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
