| Abstract: | In the fight of the application scope and requirements of the Protocol on Preparedness, Response and Cooperation to Pollution Incident by Hazardous and Noxious Substance, 2000 （OPRC-HNS Protocol）, this paper mainly focuses on the possibility, feasibility as well as challenges of China＇s ratification of the Protocol. At the same time, it also provides some suggestions and measures in this regard. |
