| 摘 要： | 路面病害破损视频评价系统是依照中华人民共和国交通部发布的公路技术状况评定标准（JTGH20-2007）为框架，为实现公路技术状况快速评定而开发的计算机辅助评定软件。详细介绍了该系统的三大功能，计算机辅助的实现和特点，系统流程图，提出了应用中尚存在的问题、技术分析的可靠性问题等。
