| 摘 要： | 为了得到电控喷油器针阀开启滞后时间（td1）及针阀落座滞后时间（td2）,从电控喷油器的结构和工作原理出发,分析了电控喷油器的喷射过程,详细推导了喷油器针阀开启及落座滞后时间的数学表达式,为电控喷油器的性能改进提供了理论指导;详细分析了电控喷油器通电后线圈电流的变化规律,利用在喷油器针阀完全开启或完全落座时刻,电流曲线上会出现拐点的特点,设计了测试拐点出现时刻的检测电路,并利用80C196单片机开发了电控喷油器开启及落座滞后时间测试系统。实际测试结果表明,该测试系统对td1的测试误差为0.87%,对td2的测试误差为1.14%,可以满足电控喷油器开发过程中动态性能检测的需要。
